Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how Atma solutions s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors who submit a request through the form on this website. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data of the Slovak Republic.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is:

Company ID (IČO): 55876595
Registered office: Námestie 1.mája 7991/9 811 06 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto

For any questions about the processing of your personal data or to exercise your rights, please contact us at sales@atmasolutions.eu.
2. Personal data we process
When you submit the request form, we process the data you provide:
- name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- company name;
- the comment you enter in the form.
We do not ask for and do not wish to receive special categories of personal data (for example, data about health or political opinions). Please do not include such data in your comment.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to respond to your request and to provide a consultation about our services.
The legal basis is:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in maintaining business relations with you after we have responded to your request.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the required fields, however, we cannot respond to your request.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Recipients and processors
Requests submitted through the form are delivered to our company portal in Bitrix24, a cloud-based CRM system. The Bitrix24 provider acts as our processor: it stores and processes the data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Your data may also be accessed by our employees who handle requests, and only to the extent necessary to do so. We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
If the processor or its sub-processors process data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place only on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to maintain business relations with you, but no longer than 3 years after the last activity (our last communication with you). After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
- rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- erasure — have your data deleted where there is no longer a reason to process it;
- restriction of processing — have the processing of your data restricted in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
- object — object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- data portability — receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or have it transmitted to another controller;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, write to sales@atmasolutions.eu. We will respond without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving your request.
The supervisory authority in Slovakia is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky). You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
7. Cookies and data stored in your browser
This website does not set any cookies of its own.
The Bitrix24 request form embedded on the website stores technical markers in your browser (for example, UTM tags and the pages you have visited) so that the request reaches us together with information about its source. You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.
The website itself keeps only your settings in your browser's local storage: the colour theme, the chosen language and whether you have closed the language hint. This is not personal data and is not passed to anyone.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
